3. Size Range: Diameter approx. 8mm–25mm; height approx. 10mm–30mm.
4. Internal Design: Features an internal coaxial threaded bore designed for bolt fastening or shaft mating, providing high-strength connection and positioning capabilities.
5. Surface Treatment: Deburring; light polishing or barrel finishing; some batches may undergo anti-rust treatment (e.g., black oxide or phosphating) to enhance corrosion resistance and visual uniformity.
6. Manufacturing Process: CNC turning, external knurling, internal hole tapping/threading, secondary deburring and cleaning, and final dimensional inspection (via CMM or optical comparator).
